Wet your Apricot- Unkl’ Max’s Sweet and Spicy BBQ Sauce

Max was one of Chef D’s first mentors and the man sure can cook, almost as well as he can talk. And that is saying something. Ether way, there will be some lips smacking when you use his BBQ sauce. Great with a bit of extra vinegar as a marinade or tossed with cooked chicken, curry and dried apricots for a Coronation Salad. I love it on eggrolls and fried dumplings too!
