Farm Bloomington Graduation Ticketing Policy

What is Farm Bloomington?
Farm Bloomington is one of the premiere farm to table restaurants in the Midwest, focused on providing the freshest local ingredients and incorporating them into our brand of eclectic cuisine. We strive to ensure that both our service and our atmosphere make for a memorable experience.
How are you reserving tables for Graduation?
Farm Bloomington has chosen to use a ticketing system. Ticketing is becoming a common way of ensuring as many people as possible have an opportunity to dine in a prompt and easy manner. Tickets are available through our web portal.
Do you allow cancellations or refunds?
No. Just like a sporting event, concert, or theater ticket all sales are final. Tickets hold no cash value.
What are the beverage options offered at Farm Bloomington?
Farm has a full and well stocked selection of the finest spirits, wines and beers. Our Cocktails often feature local ingredients and spirits, our beers feature local and craft brewers from throughout the country and our wine selection offers many options for pairing with our cuisine. All Indiana Excise Laws apply to the event; you must be at least 21 to drink.
Can I enjoy your menu a la carte, or am I required to purchase a tasting experience?
We believe that our tasting experiences offer the best food/beverage pairings and menu representation, menu options are available for children.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free menu options?
Our chefs will make every effort to accommodate any dietary restrictions or requests. Please note that they require no less than 48 hours’ notice.
What is the dress code?
We offer a cozy, casual atmosphere. Whether you’re joining us for a date night, an anniversary, a birthday celebration or just a quick drink or bite after work – come as you are.
Do you allow walk-ins?
Unfortunately, during graduation walk-ins will not be accepted. We will have bar seats and our Root Cellar Bar open for cocktails and drinks.
Can you accommodate large parties?
We can comfortably accommodate parties with 2-12 guests with some considerations given for availability. Blocks of 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 will be available, they can be combined if necessary to complete larger parties, but there is no guarantee that tables over 10 will be seated in one party.
Where should I park?
We have a city parking lot on the south side of the building with some available spots for guests, but these are limited. Otherwise, there is street parking available in the area, as well as several municipal parking garages. If you are staying downtown, we are a pleasant walk from all the major hotels.
What if we, or our guests are running late?
While we are sympathetic to extenuating circumstances, please note that we may not be able to guarantee prompt seating for parties that are more than 20 minutes late. We cannot begin to seat your party until all guests are present, so please aim to be on time to the best of your ability.
Is tax or service fee included in my ticket price?
All tax and service fees will be in addition to the ticket price. Alcohol is not included in the ticket. Beverages, Alcohol and Supplements to your meal will be charged and taxed separately.
Is there a time limit on our seating?
Due to the nature of Graduation Weekend, we must respectfully ask that all parties are aware that there are two hours between seatings to allow for everyone to enjoy their experience with family and friends.
Can I give my booking away or sell it?
Yes. The booking is completely transferable. However, selling bookings for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a booking from another patron should take care to be sure that the seller provides both an email confirmation from us as well as a printed receipt from the seller. Any bookings purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser’s risk. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations. Bookings are transferable, but we strongly encourage anyone considering buying bookings from any other source to refrain from doing so without confirmation from us.
Why are you doing tickets instead of reservations?
We have found after eight years of serving Bloomington and Indiana University that graduation can be a stressful and complicated for families. Ticketing insures that reservations aren’t held until the last moment and then cancelled, which makes us able to accept more guests and to seat and serve them promptly. We are always available to answer any questions you may have and address any dietary requirements.
