WFIU on-air personalities and hosts of Earth Eats, Annie Corrigan and Chef Daniel Orr, will be on-site to sign copies of their new book Earth Eats: Real Food Green Living.

Based on the WFIU radio show and podcast, Earth Eats showcases local food at its finest. Annie and Chef Daniel Orr share seasonably based tips for enjoying home gardens, selecting produce, and stocking up pantries. It includes the best tips for planting, harvesting, and preparing. With over 200 recipes and over 140 color photos, this cookbook includes a wealth of information for people who love real food. Attendees can purchase books at the event or bring their own copy the book launch party for signing.
Guests nosh on light bites from recipes included in the Earth Eats book and enjoy cocktails made with Cardinal Spirits gin. A cash bar is also available. During the event, Root Cellar Lounge DJ Aaron Tilford will be spinning. Door prizes include FARMbucks and tee shirts. Earth Eats: Real Food Green Living will be available for purchase.
