Wet Your Apricot- Uncle Max’s Sweet & Spicy BBQ


Max was one of Chef D’s first mentors. The man sure can cook, almost as well as he can talk, which is saying something. Either way, there will be lips smacking when you use his sweet BBQ sauce. Great with a bit of extra vinegar as a marinade or toss with cooked chicken, curry, and dried apricots for Coronation Salad. It’s great on egg rolls and fried dumplings, too!
