Start the New Year off with Hangover Brunch or Good Luck Supper

FARMbloomington will be open Sunday, January 1st for both a “Hangover Brunch” and a “Good Luck” Supper.

Hangover Brunch

10:00 am to 3:00 pm

Our master bartender, Doug Spradley, has created some hair of the dog cocktails that will bring back the joy of seeing the ball drop. Chef Bob Adkins and his crew are cooking up a storm with a menu of worldwide recipes that will cure what ails you. Chef D and Tiffany from the bar are bringing back “The Mary Fairy,” a Bloody Mary Cart that we will be making Tableside Cocktails.

Scotch toasted steel-cut oats with raisins, walnuts, and local honey

House-candied Clementines with fresh pomegranate and berries

Chinese hot and sour soup with daylily, lotus root, and Chinese chives

Vietnamese turkey pho with spiced broth, noodles, julienne vegetables, and herbs

Hoosier biscuits and gravy with kielbasa and bell peppers

Vegetarian biscuits and mushroom gravy with truffle oil

Italian bacon and egg pie, spinach, and smoked gouda

We’re serving foods guaranteed to bring you luck! From Chinese Long Noodles to Hoppin’ John, our Good Luck Supper is divers menu full of what we all need for a great 2017.

Appetizers

Mixed local greens with golden cornbread crouton, radish coins, green goddess dressing

Pickled herring with sour cream, read onion, dill, and biscuit biscotti

New Year’s Good Luck Lentil Soup

Main Courses

House-cured corned beef and cabbage with steamed new potatoes and homemade kraut mustard

Hoppin’ John of black-eyed peas, ham hock, rice, and greens with buttered pot liquor

Roast prime rib with herbed sea salt crust, sautéed greens, smashed potatoes, and red win “jus”

Roasted duck breast with tangerine and habanero salt, pomegranate, and candied Clementines
